Default 8 days just to change password

I started ticket at 10 of april and still they are "investigating". for 6 days, since i gt any reply 12.

Is there anyway to speed this up? I cant login to support forums because i cant remember my password, thats why Im using a support service... Its getting really tiring.

So it is the password for your GW account?
If you have been away from your account for a very long time there might be other issues, that can slow it down (have heard of people coming back after a long time and their account have been hacked) But dunno if that would slow it down.
Of.c. it could be they are busy atm, lots of other people contacting support?

Either way... don't really know of any ways you can speed it up, they respond as soon as they can usually. It sucks but I think you gotta be patient.

Somehow hackers seem to have an uncanny skill of targeting inactive accounts.
And if nobody will miss them, they can be used for all their shady operations in peace.
I hope you get your account back, but be prepared your characters might be naked.
There might also be a tiny chance account was used as an ecto-storage and you'll find stacks of ectos on it

Hi all! and yeh this happened to me, 8 nekked chars and 80 ectos in storage. All i got in the end

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do in regards to this, as we are not ANet or part of them, we are a fansite - the only advice we can give is to persevere with the ticket. One thing you might want to try is contact Gaile Gray via her Support Issues Wiki Talk page - Gaile Gray is ANet's Support Liason, and is the person to go to in regards to support issue's.
